2. Data we collect
We collect the data you provide voluntarily through the subscription form (name and email address). We also collect technical browsing data such as IP address, device type, browser, pages visited and traffic source, only when you have given consent through the cookie banner.
3. Purposes
Data is used to: (i) send you information about new investment opportunities in Ecavalor real estate projects; (ii) maintain recurring commercial communication about our services; (iii) analyze aggregate user behavior to improve the site experience; (iv) comply with applicable legal obligations, in particular those arising from the Ecuadorian Organic Law on Personal Data Protection.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your explicit consent, given when you submit the subscription form and when you accept analytical and marketing cookies. We also process data when necessary to comply with legal obligations applicable to Ecavalor S.A.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your subscription remains active and for up to two years after your last interaction. After that period, data is either deleted or irreversibly anonymized for statistical purposes.
